I found a penny right by my feet three times this week!
I previously published two blog posts about the pennies and dimes that angels use to get your attention, along with finding feathers near you and butterflies flying right next to you.
It has been awhile, but within the last 8 days, 3 times, wow!!
I found the first penny last week the next morning after placing my first order for my Astrology game of cards, which was very exciting after 2 years of working on it. I felt my angels were congratulating me.
I found another penny today after leaving the bank where I decided to open a checking account for doing card game business. I felt they liked that and said money is coming your way.
Then I was given another penny today when I made a stop to pick up something and there it was at my foot as I stepped out of the car. I think they were emphasizing the fact that they like what I am doing.
So was this all a coincidence or my imagination working overtime? I don’t think so. Read my other 2 stories on this topic and tell me what you think!!
Learn the basics of Astrology using my colorful Astrology Card Game, a new concept just created! This is a fun way to play familiar card games while you automatically get familiar with Astrology.
Enclosed with each deck are suggested ways to play the first two of many possible games: Zodiac Rummy and Zodiac Solitaire.
Full rules for Astro Rummy – Great for 3 or 4 people.Deal out 7 cards to each player. Turn the remainder face down and turn up one card to start the discard pile. Each player in turn draws a card. When a card is drawn, there must be a discard. You may have the option of picking up the top card from the discard pile or even picking up theentire discard pack instead of drawing a card… But you must have two cards of that zodiac set in hand. In addition, if you take the entire discard pack, because you now have more possibility of winning, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO LAY DOWN 3 SETS RATHER THAN 2 SETS LIKE THE OTHER PLAYERS! Then discard 1 card as usual. When play ends, whoever wins gets 25 points. If a card set of 4 has been already laid down by any player, it doesn’t count against them. When there is a winner, any cards remaining in the other players’ hands count 5 points for the winner.
Zodiac Solitaire is played like regular Solitaire except there are 12 instead of 13 cards and no suits. Great for playing and learning when you are alone! Lay out 7 rows of cards across, turning up the first card and turning down the other 6 cards. Deal across the row again, turning up the second card and turning down the other 5 cards. Again, turning up the 3rd card and turning down the other 4 cards, and so on until you have turned up the 7th card. From the cards showing on the table, fill the rows down in order of the signs from Pisces to Aries just like Kings down to Aces. The 12th sign Pisces acts like a King and when there is an empty spot, it fills that spot. With the remainder of the deck, by threes turn over cards and see if they can be used anywhere. Aries acts like an Ace and when you have gone as far as possible, you can turn over the cards by ones to see if any can fit in. Begin laying off the Aries (Aces) up top followed by Taurus (like 2’s) and then Gemini (like 3’s) and so on, until you complete the 4 sets up top. You will win most of the time with these cards and you will learn the order of the signs forward and backward each time you play.
Please use the Informational card included in your deck to learn the order of the signs to play Zodiac Solitaire.
MORE FUN GAMES TO PLAY:
Zodiac Element Game – Deal 7 cards to 3 or 4 players. Collect 2 sets of 4 cards containing an Element such as Air, Fire, Earth or Water to win this game. No discard is needed to go out.
Air signsinclude Gemini, Libra and Aquarius.
Fire signsinclude Aries, Leo and Sagittarius.
Earth signsinclude Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn.

Zodiac Birth Sign Game – Before play begins declare your Sun Sign. If a second player has the same birth sign, he or she must choose the sign of a family member instead and declare it. Deal out 7 cards to 3 or 4 players. Collect one setof 4 cardsfrom your birth sign and one set of any other sign in order to win the hand. Winner gets 25 points and play ends. No discard is needed to go out.
Zodiac Human Symbol Game – There are just 4 zodiac symbols depicting humans. They are the Gemini Twins, the Virgo Virgin, the Sagittarius Archer and the Aquarius Water Bearer. Note that Aquarius is not a water sign despite being shown pouring water. This sign is part of the Air group of Elements and has been known to be pouring out ideas. The other 8 symbols are animals or objects. Deal out 7 cards to 3 or 4 people. Only 1 set of a sign with people is needed to go out and win and when this happens, the game ends immediately and winner gets 25 points. Note: To vary this game, you could collect one of each of the human zodiac signs rather than 4 of the same sign.
Zodiac Numbers Game – Great for kids! Deal 7 cards to 3 or 4 players. Collect any 4 consecutive numbers of the zodiac number cards only. Collect just one set of four to win, picking up a card and discarding a card.
Check the enclosed informational Symbols card to see the consecutive order of the signs from #1 Aries to #12 Pisces
Zodiac Fishing Game – similar to the Go Fish Game – another great game that kids and also adults can enjoy with these cards. WHEN YOU ASK OTHER PLAYERS FOR A PARTICULAR SIGN, THEY MUST HAND OVER ALL THAT THEY HAVE OF THAT SIGN. The winner is the first one to collect 2 zodiac sets and win 25 points.
Rob The Deck– Deal 8 cards to each player. Lay out 6 cards right side up on the table to work from. If you hold a card in the same zodiac sign as one on the table, pick that card up and along with the card in your hand, begin to accumulate your pile, facing up. Keep going until you have no match. If you can’t play, lay a card down in the center from your hand. Each player builds their pile. If any player has a card in the same zodiac sign as the top card in your pile, they get to rob the deck and move your pile to theirs and the same for you. Deal out 8 more cards when the hands are all gone and continue playing. When there are no more cards to deal the largest pile wins!
Zodiac Flash Cards – Cover parts of the card and guess to see how much you have learned.

We recently had the ultimate retrograde experience!
My husband and I really needed to upgrade my Galaxy S3 and his Iphone S4 phones which were three years old and giving us trouble. So when my husband stopped at the phone store to get help with his ailing phone and learned about the special promotion to upgrade cell phones until Christmas and pay just an additional $10 a month, he called me and was going to order one for himself . We would return in the morning to get mine! However when he went to sign paperwork, there was nothing in writing about the special pricing and he decided to go home and check with the carrier about that. I knew that Mercury was to go retrograde and we would be in the shadow (slowdown) period, but thought maybe it could work out, still being 3 days away. It does affect signing contracts as well as communication equipment. But, this deal would be over if we waited until after January 8th!
He called and they told him this was definitely the current promotion, so we went to the store the next morning but could not seem to get waited on. They were very busy and so we left after an hour. We went home and went on their website to order the phones, but the screen kept locking up or timing out. We got a salesperson through the website and she tried guiding us through the process unsuccessfully. She gave us a number to call to place our order. After being on hold over an hour we got a rep and placed our order for new phones.. We then had to go to our email to find a link to accept the contract. The contract was the standard one at full price and we questioned having to sign a contract not stating the price we were to be getting.. We could not complete the transaction because the screen again kept locking up or timing out. That person told us to close and try again, which we did, once again unsuccessfully. Next we were transferred to a Tech and at this point it was about 1:00 in the morning! If there had not been such a huge savings, we would have quit right there.
This guy was actually from Global Tech and assured us we would get this special price. He said he had just ordered 3 new phones for himself and his family and would check his personal email to see if his confirmation stated the sale price, and we went on hold. Naturally he could not access his emails. We were told they were doing maintenance on the website due to the heavy traffic. He said he did not see that our order had been placed, although we had been assured by the first Sales Rep that it was placed and just would not be shipped until we accepted the contract on line. He put the order in for us and promised it would not be duplicated. We accepted the terms on line and he said they would ship free by Fed Ex in 2 days. At 2:15 am we were finally off the phone! I must add that all the reps were more than helpful. The big sale coupled with all the retrograde issues made for a heavy load for them.
Our phones did arrive in 2 days and we set about to transfer the old phone information over to the new phones. Of course mine would not transfer. We called Customer Service and she asked for all the numbers on the box. The rep got the transfer process to start by giving the phone a bump from the office. She stayed on the phone with us for 30 minutes until she had to go home. It was still not finished. She promised to call us the next day to see if all was well, which she did! Even though I had charged the phone fully after opening it, the phone ran out of battery life. Sigh! I plugged it in and went to bed. In the morning when I unplugged, it appeared that everything had transferred over, except my pictures. But I found them later in the cloud. My husband also had some trouble getting his phone transferred and had to restart it several times before being successful. Note that in our email confirmation, we did get credit for the promotional savings!
Now after a week, things seem to be working and we are really enjoying our new phones. We did pay a price in time and frustration due to the timing with pesky Mercury. I thought the details were interesting enough to share with y’all!
With Christmas coming and so many electronics and mechanical things being purchased as gifts, you do not want to get these types of products during a Mercury Retrograde, nor even 2 days before or after in the shadow period. Mercury goes Direct on January 7th. Hopefully you have already made your purchases for Christmas.
You could be lucky, but frequently communication devices and other electronic equipment purchased during these Retrograde periods do not work properly or need to be returned for some reason. This applies also to cars and many mechanical products.
Another thing is that Mercury Retrograde often delays travel and causes all kinds of miscommunications to occur. Do not sign contracts unless you check them over very thoroughly before signing; sometimes there is no choice! Often messages get forgotten, or folks forget to call you back. So, if you don’t get a return call, please make the call again.
Avoid December 17 – January 9th and even allow another day or two on each end to be sure! I will definitely be going out tomorrow to buy a new phone. I would not have waited even until now but I just learned there is a great sale going on so I want to take advantage of that!
Let me know if you find this to be true if you do shop during these dates. I always appreciate feedback!
Recently while working on a Birth Chart, I once again came up against this crazy system of Daylight Savings Time in regard to recording birth times. During the summer months did nurses record the birth time as DST or did they record the ‘real’ time, which would be one hour earlier? Was the birth during War Time when DST was observed? Were you born in a state or county that chose not to observe DST during the summer? Having an accurate birth time is important because it tells us what sign was rising over the horizon when you were born. This becomes your Rising Sign or Ascendant, the part of you that is seen by the public. Here are some interesting facts I discovered while researching DST:
In March, 1918 Summer DST was observed for 7 months, until October, 1918. Then again in March, 1919, DST was observed…
Elon Musk hopes SpaceX will send humans to Mars in 2024
I did not know this, did you? Fascinating!!
SpaceX’s plan to send a Dragon capsule to Mars in 2018 will be the first in a sequence of unmanned commercial missions to the rust-colored world before the first voyage with humans as soon as 2024, SpaceX founder Elon Musk said Wednesday.
The company announced in April its intention to dispatch a next-generation Dragon spacecraft, an uncrewed derivative of the vehicle SpaceX is developing to send astronauts to the International Space Station, to Mars on an interplanetary test flight in 2018.
Speaking at Code Conference 2016, a tech industry conclave sponsored by Recode and Vox Media held this week near Los Angeles, Musk said SpaceX will send a mission to Mars every two years beginning in 2018, when the positions of the planets allow spacecraft to make a direct trip from Earth.
Known for announcing ambitious schedules, Musk acknowledged the timetable is ambitious and rife with uncertainties, but the plan is a stepping stone toward eventually sending large numbers of people to Mars, along with millions of pounds of support equipment.
“The basic game plan is we’re going to send a mission to Mars with every Mars opportunity from 2018 onwards,” Musk said Wednesday night. “They occur approximately every 26 months. We’re establishing cargo flights to Mars that people can count on for cargo.”
“That’s what’s necessary to create a self-sustaining, or a growing, city on Mars,” he said.
SpaceX has not revealed what the “Red Dragon” mission in 2018 will carry, but NASA has signed on to provide deep space navigation and communications support, along with a suite of sensors.
The launch opportunity to Mars in 2018 occurs in May, followed by another window in July and August of 2020.
“I think, if things go according to plan, we should be able to launch people probably in 2024, with arrival in 2025,” Musk said.
“When I cite a schedule, it’s actually a schedule I think is true,” Musk said in a response to a question at Code Conference. “It’s not some fake schedule I don’t think is true. I may be delusional. That is entirely possible, and maybe it’s happened from time to time, but it’s never some knowingly fake deadline ever.”
He did not specify whether the mission would land on Mars or just orbit the planet.
Travelers will not go to Mars aboard the upgraded “Crew Dragon” vehicle SpaceX intends to launch to the red planet in 2018. Its internal volume is roughly equivalent to an SUV, making for an uncomfortable ride, and it will not have the ability to return to Earth.
Musk plans to unveil his architecture for colonizing Mars, a prime mission of SpaceX when he established the company in 2002, in September at the International Astronautical Congress in Guadalajara, Mexico.
“That’s the game plan — approximately 2024 to launch the first of the Mars colonial transport systems with people,” Musk said Wednesday.
SpaceX will have to develop a giant rocket, larger than the Saturn 5 moon rocket or the Space Launch System currently pursued by NASA, to make Musk’s objective a reality. The design of the new rocket, and the location of its factory and launch base, have not been announced.
The cost of Musk’s Mars dream is also unquantified, at least publicly, but he said SpaceX needs “a lot of money” for the project from revenues earned through lucrative contracts with NASA, the U.S. military, and commercial communications customers.
In parallel, NASA is working on its own Mars program, aiming to launch astronauts aboard the Space Launch System and Orion crew capsule on a mission to the vicinity of the red planet in the 2030s. The cost of that government-backed program is also unclear, and it still lacks technical and schedule detail.
NASA plans to launch a series of crewed flights to cis-lunar space, a region near the moon, beginning as soon as 2021 to test out deep space operations, life support systems, solar-electric thrusters, and habitats for the round-trip voyage to Mars.
The space agency’s plan for robotic Mars missions is more defined, with a stationary lander named InSight due for departure in May 2018 to detect quakes and study the planet’s deep interior.
A rover based on the Curiosity vehicle currently exploring Mars will follow with a launch in 2020, carrying with it a set of scientific instruments to help search for evidence of past life and hardware to demonstrate the ability to generate oxygen from the Martian atmosphere. That is key to future human expeditions, which will need to make their own breathable air, water and propellants.
The rover launching in 2020 will also collect rock specimens for retrieval by a later probe to return them to Earth.
In 2022, NASA tentatively plans to send an orbiter to Mars in the second phase of a program to robotically return samples from the surface of Mars to Earth. The craft could be powered by an efficient solar-electric propulsion system, allowing the orbiter to move more freely around Mars and test the ability to rendezvous with another object in Mars orbit.
A lander to actually pick up the rock samples could follow later in the 2020s.
The European Space Agency’s ExoMars rover is also scheduled for launch in 2020. It will burrow up to 2 meters, or 6 feet, into the Martian crust to gather core samples that have been shielded from ionizing radiation that scientists believe damage or destroy the organic signatures of past life at the surface.
China is developing its own rover to launch to Mars in 2020, and the United Arab Emirates is funding a planned Martian atmospheric research orbiter to lift off from Earth the same year
