Continuing the theme of babies who are born within minutes of one another, in the same city and state, but to different mothers. They are also referred to as “astro-twins.”
Astrologer Joseph Goodavage discovered in every case he investigated that these time-twins got sick simultaneously from the same illness; got married and had the same number of children of the same sex, at the same time; received promotions; and even died at the same time of the same cause. Of course, heredity and environment must be taken into account.
In June of 1738, two unrelated babies were born in the English parish of St. Martin’s-in-the-Fields. One child was Samuel Hemmings, a commoner. The other was King George III. Mr. Hemmings became an iron worker, going into business for himself on the same day in October 1760 that George III ascended to the throne of England. Mr. Hemmings was married on September 8, 1761; so was King George! Each of them became sick and had accidents at the same times. Each event in one life was mirrored in the life of the other. On January 29, 1820 they both died, in the same hour of the same cause!
Donald Chapman and Donald Brazill were born at the same hour and minute in neighboring towns in California. On September 10, 1950 when each one had just turned 23, Mr. Brazill and Mr. Chapman met for the first time, as they drove in opposite directions on U.S. Highway 101 early on a Sunday morning. They crashed head-on and each was killed instantly. They held the same kind of job and were dating girls in each others’ hometown. They also caused each others’ death at the same moment in time. Also, Mr. Brazill’s father died in an auto accident at the same place on the same road on September 10,1954.
On December 1, 1961 twin sisters, Sue and Mary Arnold of Lubbock, Texas fell from their bicycles and broke their left arms suffering identical fractures. Sue fell first and Mary went pedaling for help, but within 45 seconds she skidded and fell, suffering the identical fracture. Six months earlier, although separated by several miles, each girl got out of a car in different neighborhoods and closed the car door on her left hand. Each suffered identical injuries, just 10 seconds apart. In this case, the girls were related.
In Pompton Plains New Jersey, twin sisters gave birth to twins at Chilton Memorial Hospital on July 31,1962. The 20th birthday of both mothers was July 31st. The babies were born on the same day, in the same hour as their parents were, about seven minutes apart.
Chilton Memorial Hospital in New Jersey just happens to be where I gave birth to my three sons. My first son was born on February 1, 1965. Another woman gave birth to a son on the same day, in the same hospital within a short time. I recall that she named her son Mark Tracy and her name was Cathy. She was my roommate and we remained friends for a few years, eventually losing touch. Now all these years later, it would be interesting to locate this young man and see what, if any similarities he and my son share. He would be turning 50 today as I type this. My son moved from New Jersey to California in the late 1980’s and then later relocated to Sedona, Arizona. My son Eric is a self-employed Carpenter, owned a dog for many years and has never married. If anyone has any information about Mark Tracy, please let me know.
